Andy Clonts helps clients design and deliver commercial and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenues. He has nearly three decades of experience in employee benefits, health and welfare consulting, and leading sales teams and strategy. He has focused his career addressing his clients most pressing workforce challenges, from simplifying healthcare navigation to improving employee engagement and retention.

He has held senior leadership roles at Strategic Benefits Advisors, Bright Horizons, Alight Solutions, Aon Hewitt, and Included Health, where he led go-to-market strategy and built high-performing teams focused on maximizing employee value through healthcare navigation, education-as-a-benefit, compliance, and retiree health solutions. Andy has collaborated with some of the nation’s largest employers throughout his career to implement benefits programs that support workforce well-being and organizational growth.
